Football stadiums

Kuopio has two large stadiums for the activities and competitions of many sports. The stadiums can also be used as a venue for tournaments and other events.

The Kuopio football stadium in Haapaniemi is also known as the Väre Areena.

The Väinölänniemi stadium has an athletics field and a grass sports field.
