Meijän polku (Our path) materials for well-being promotion
The Meijän polku initiative is a 30-year (2017–2047) project focusing on the promotion of national health and well-being in the Central Finland region. In the Meijän polku initiative, the promotion of the well-being of the people of Central Finland is centred around four themes: physical activity, rest, nature, and communality. The objective of the initiative is to improve the overall health and well-being of the people of Central Finland.
