Pass entitling to the free use of sports halls
By decision of the City Board, the following groups are entitled to the free use of the indoor swimming pools, all sports hall gyms, and the Kuopio Hall running track area (subject to decision by the Social Insurance Institution of Finland, Kela):
- recipients of disability allowance at the middle rate and their accompanying person
- recipients of disability allowance at the highest rate and their accompanying person
- recipients of care allowance for pensioners at the middle rate and their accompanying person
- recipients of care allowance for pensioners at the highest rate and their accompanying person
- recipients of disability allowance for children at the middle rate and their accompanying person
- recipients of disability allowance for children at the highest rate and their accompanying person
- veterans with front-line badges The passes can be redeemed from the cash counters of Kuntolaakso and Kuopio Hall by presenting the Kela decision.
