Process your permit matter at the Lupapiste
In Kuopio and Suonenjoki, as a rule, electronic documents from the Lupapiste service are used. However, some of the documents must be delivered to the service separately.

Construction phase documents
In Kuopio and Suonenjoki, as a rule, electronic documents from the Lupapiste service are used.
If agreed upon at the establishing meeting, a separate inspection document can also be used on the site, in which case the Lupapiste service uses the inspection document summary document, in which the inspection items of the site are compiled at the title level.

Guidelines and uniform practices
Kuopio has worked with Finland’s largest cities to develop interpretations of various construction regulations. Cooperation is called TOPTEN interpretations, and various regulations have been used to assist our customers. The objective is to clarify construction regulations and reduce differences in interpretation between different localities.
