Keihäsjärvi bird tower
A magnificent bird tower on the shore of Lake Keihäsjärvi in Syvänniemi. The tower and its surroundings have been built with accessibility in mind, and several bird species can be observed from the tower during the spring and autumn migration. The tower was built in connection with the bird water restoration of Lake Keijäsjärvi, and the tower was built by the Syvänniemi village association.
Near the tower there is a fire pit for roasting sausages. There is also a firewood shed and a toilet for disabled people. The parking lot has an information point and information about the bird life in the area.
The path leading to the tower is unobstructed but equipped with a barrier.
