Invoice from the City of Kuopio 

Order an e-invoice in your online bank to replace a printed invoice 

Private customers of the City of Kuopio can make an e-invoice authorisation in their online bank, which means the invoices will be submitted electronically to the online banking user interface of the person who authorised the e-invoicing. 
 
If you want to make an e-invoice authorisation for example for day care fees, the invoice type is “Other services” (“Muut palvelut”). When you make an e-invoice authorisation for one invoice type, in future you will receive all invoices from the City of Kuopio as e-invoices. 
 
When you are making an e-invoicing authorisation, please note that you need to be the recipient of the invoice. If you want to make an e-invoicing authorisation under the name of another recipient, please contact the invoicer.
