Service areas

The City of Kuopio has four service areas: Service Area for Economic Development and Group Services, Service Area for Wellbeing Promotion, Service Area for Education and Learning, and Service Area for Urban Environment. 

A service area is an administrative ensemble that either produces or organises services to members of a municipality or other service users. A service area also carries out the official duties within its area of responsibility.
