Co-marketing of educational institutions is handled by Kuopio-Tahko Marketing Ltd together with the marketing group of educational institutions. Co-marketing produces content and visibility, for example, for the study section of the Kuopiotahko website and ensures visibility in events.
Kuopio offers a wide range of study opportunities in different fields, ranging from vocational education and training to higher education degrees. For example, Kuopio is the largest educator of medical and pharmaceutical professionals in Finland. Savilahti also has a campus of educational institutions of three degree levels and around 20,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students.

A new type of neighbourhood for 35,000 actors is being built in the middle of Kuopio, on the shores of Lake Kallavesi. Savilahti is one of the most diverse urban development areas in Finland. The area will house a progressive hub of learning, innovation and commerce where top expertise is combined with pleasant living and recreation with magnificent views of the lake.
Savilahti houses a campus with educational institutions of three degree levels (Savonia University of Applied Sciences, University of Eastern Finland, and Savo Vocational College), the Kuopio University Hospital, research institutes, and numerous companies.
The different actors in Savilahti cooperate actively with each other. The leaders of the area meet at the Savilahti forum, and the communications and marketing staff of the area have formed a co-marketing group. In addition, the City of Kuopio supports content creation for the Savilahti area by allocating event support.

The publication is delivered to regional and international partners, including twin cities, and it is available, for example, in educational institutions. If you are looking for collaborative partners or new business and investment opportunities in the Kuopio region or abroad, the Kuopio Goes concept is a good way to find them. Kuopio Goes organises, for example, export promotion and market consultation trips together with companies and other actors in the region. The project operates actively and in practical ways, including effective communications and marketing and, for example, partner searches. The starting point is that joint efforts will improve the effectiveness of internationalisation measures.
