Kuopio Symphony Orchestra’s mini-concert series starts at the Main Library on 14.1.

Kuopio Symphony Orchestra celebrates Kuopio’s 250th anniversary with a series of mini concerts called Your Orchestra visiting at the Kuopio Main Library. The first concert will take place on Tuesday 14 January at 17.30 on the Main Library’s upper stage. The concert will feature a KSO string quartet and an interview with the orchestra’s guest soloist for the 16.1. concert, beatboxer Felix Zenger.

Mini concerts of the Symphony Orchestra’s small ensembles will also be held on 11 February, 11 March, 15 April and 20 May at 17.30 on the library’s upper stage. Each time a different guest will be interviewed. Each mini-concert lasts about 45 minutes and is free of charge.
