As a Bachelor of Hospitality Management, you will be a competent and distinctive expert in the development of the tourism and hospitality industry. The degree programme at Savonia University of Applied Sciences is new and unique throughout Finland!  The bilingual degree programme is aimed at immigrants and the studying of the Finnish language has a significant role in this degree programme.

Savonia’s programme prepares you to find a career in the field of Tourism and Hospitality in Finland. Bilingual degree means that in the beginning, the studies will mostly be conducted in English, with Finnish language teaching gradually taking over. To be eligible, you must have minimum of B2 level in the English language. There is no requirement for Finnish language skills.

This degree provides you with the knowledge and skills you need to get a job in Finland. Since studying the Finnish language is the key to employment in Finland, Savonia offers many opportunities to study Finnish during your studies. By the time of graduation, the goal is that the student will be able to work in Tourism and Hospitality industry in Finland using the Finnish language.
